Putnam Loses Out On $564 Million Lottery PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- Dreams of life on easy street passed Putnam County residents by yet again after the $564.1 million Powerball jackpot was awarded to residents of North Carolina, Puerto Rico and Texas on Wednesday night. The numbers were: 11-13-25-39-54, and the Powerball was 19. There was one winning ticket sold in New York: a Match 5 that will net the lucky holder $1 million.  With more than half a billion dollars off the table, the next Powerball drawing will be held on Saturday with an estimated jackpot of $40 million.
