Troopers responding to the crash Tuesday, Oct. 31 in Wharton, found that the woman's Subaru SUV and tractor trailer were both heading east near milepost 33.8, when the SUV slowed and stopped in the lanes of travel due to a previous crash, New Jersey State Police Trooper Troy McNair said.
