Newport Academy Uses Music to Help Teens Heal
FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- Listening to and creating music are not only fun hobbies and relaxing outlets, they can also positively affect mental health, boost the immune system, alleviate stress and improve mood, according to research.
