Police Identify Mercy College Bomb Threat Suspect YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police located a suspect who may have called in a bomb threat to Mercy College on Tuesday, March 8, according to officials.  An investigation into the threat that was left on the college's voicemail system led authorities to a suspect in the Houston, Texas area, police said.  Yorktown Police are working with the FBI and the Houston Police Department to continue the investigation, officials said.

Garland, 63, currently serves as the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit. He was confirmed to the D.C. Circuit in 1997 by a 76-23 vote.
