Bloomingdale Mayor Touts Accomplishments In State Of The Borough Address BLOOMGINDALE, N.J. -- Mayor Jon Dunleavy outlined Bloomingdale's 2015 accomplishments while looking forward to 2016 during his State of the Borough Address on Wednesday, Jan. 27. Dunleavy highlighted infrastructure improvements, including the paving of 60 percent of the borough's roads and the acquisition of zero interest loans to improve an aging water and sewer system.  Dunleavy also made note of cost reducing measures like entering into shared services agreements that saved the borough $500,000.
