Rockland Girl Scout Plants Garden To Provide For Center For Food Action SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Elizabeth McKiever of Suffern earned her Girl Scout Gold Award by planting a vegetable garden to grow food for the Center for Food Action in Ramsey.
