Man ID'd In Fatality With Metro-North Train In Hartsdale HARTSDALE, N.Y. -- Authorities have identified the Scarsdale man who was struck and killed by a Metro-North train at the Hartsdale station on Wednesday, according to lohud.com.  Rakesh Bali, 48, was hit by a southbound train at approximately 4:04 p.m. and was killed as a result of his injuries, lohud.com reported.  No passengers were on the train at the time of the incident, according to the report.
