Pawling Woman Charged With Unlawfully Collecting Unemployment PAWLING, N.Y. -- New York State Police charged a Pawling woman with illegally collecting unemployment benefits on April 23, according to officials. Linda Tirado, 43, allegedly collected over $4,300 worth of unemployment insurance benefits between April of 2008 and October of 2011 by generating false business record to indicate she was unemployed, police said.  Tirado is scheduled to appear in Pawling Court on May 14, police said.
