Google announced the change in February, giving those who aren't mobile friendly the chance to make changes. IRS Phone Scam Labeled Largest In History WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Federal investigators are calling the recent IRS phone scam one of the largest and most pervasive in U.S. history, according to the Consumerist.  Authorities have said the scam has targeted more than 366,000 victims for more than $15.5 million, including one man who was taken for $500,000, the Consumerist reported.  Scammers will call potential victims stating they are from the IRS and will demand payment for taxes owed.
