Taconic Parkway Driver Charged With Committing Sexually Lewd Act PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- State Police charged a man Wednesday with public lewdness on the Taconic State Parkway in Dutchess County, according to officials.  William F. Ledda, 46, of Hudson, was pulled over while traveling south on the Taconic Parkway after troopers received reports of a suspicious person, police said.  Ledda was arrested for allegedly conducting a sexually lewd act while driving his vehicle, police said.  Ledda will appear in Clinton Town Court May 7, police said.
