Ossining Man Accused Of Using GPS To Stalk Ex-Girlfriend, Report Says OSSINING, N.Y. -- State Police arrested an Ossining man who was accused of installing a GPS device on his ex-girlfriend's car to track her movements, according to News 12 Westchester. Kenneth Martin, 51, was accused of installng the $300 device and was able to track the victim via laptop and cell phone, News 12 Westchester said.  The device was discovered by the victim's mechanic when she brought the vehicle in for service, News 12 Westchester reported.  Under state law, electronically stalking is a misdemeanor, according to the News12 report.
