Northern Valley Soccer Club Competes In Manalapan Pride Soccer Tournament NORTHERN VALLEY, N.J. -- The Northern Valley Soccer club participated in the Manalapan Pride Soccer Tournament during Memorial Day Weekend. The club sent 19 teams with five of them competing in the top flight. The U12 and U13 boys clubs each won their flight while the U8 girls took second.    In the second flight, the U11 Boys took first place and the U10 Boys and U11 Girls took second. The U9 boys finished second in the third flight as well. The club's overall record was 36-36-4.

Date Set For Reservoir Paddle Series In Haworth HAWORTH, N.J. -- The Reservoir Challenge Paddle Series will be held in Haworth on Saturday, June 11.Races will include a 10k and 5 k race, the corporate cup challenge, the Mayor's Cup race and an open paddle.  Registration is $25 per paddler per event and $25 for boat rental. Corporate Challenge teams are $250. Proceeds go to benefit the Hackensack Riverkeeper.  Registration prices go up after Friday, June 3.
