Trump's Campaign Manager Charged With Battery Donald Trump's campaign manager was charged with simple battery after grabbing and bruising a former reporter at an event in Florida on March 8, according to multiple reports.  Corey Lewandowski reportedly grabbed the arm of former Breitbart reporter Michelle Fields by the left forearm and left bruises, CNBC reported.  Trump issued a statement saying his campaign manager was innocent of the charges, CNBC said.  Click here to read the CNBC article.

East Fishkill Police Save Man From Heroin Overdose EAST FISHKILL, N.Y. -- East Fishkill police officers helped save an area man from an apparent heroin overdose on Saturday, March 26, officials said. Responders received a report of a 35-year-old man choking, but quickly determined the victim had stopped breathing from a probably heroin overdose. Officers were able to administer Narcan and revive the man, officials said.  The victim was taken to a Poughkeepsie hospital for further treatment, police said.

Tug Boat Captain Hospitalized Following Heart Attack On Hudson River A tug boat captain was hospitalized after going into cardiac arrest just off the shore of the Tilcon plant in Haverstraw on Tuesday.  Stony Point Fire Department Marine Unit and Westchester's Verplanck Fire Departments were dispatched to find the boat after a medical emergency was reported. Responders found the boat with two people on board. The captain was in cardiac arrest while the other crewman performed CPR, emergency officials said.  Westchester, Stony Point NY, and Sherrif marine units removed the victim from the vessel and transported him to an area hospital, officials said.
