Putnam Sheriff Searches For Man Wanted For Grand Larceny PUTNAM COUNTY, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Department is searching for a man who failed to appear on grand larceny charges more than 10 years ago, according to officials. Stanislav Mrazek, also known as  Josef Pekala, 36, had a warrant issued for his arrest on March 14, 2003. He stands 5-feet, 8-inches tall, weighing 195 pounds with brown hair and eyes along with a distinctive birthmark on his face, police said.  Anyone with information as to Mrazek’s whereabouts, should contact the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department at (845) 808-4357.
