Police Find More Than 10,000 Bags Of Heroin During Tarrytown Traffic Stop TARRYTOWN, N.Y. -- Greenburgh Police said a routine traffic stop led to the seizure of more than 10,000 bags of heroin and the arrest of a Yonkers woman and a New York City man on Tuesday, according to LoHud.com.  Carolyn Claudio, 45, of Yonkers and Julio Vargas, 48, of New York City were pulled over by the Greenburgh Drug and Alcohol Task Force and officers said they found nine bags of heroin on the pair, LoHud.com reported.  A subsequent search discovered 10,683 bags of heroin in a concealed area of the vehicle, police said. Claudio and Vargas were charged with first- and second-degre…
