Police Ask Public's Help In Search For Man Wanted For DWI, Reckless Driving ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Clarkstown Police are asking the public for help in locating a current or former Pearl River resident wanted on a warrant for DWI and reckless driving.Alex Antonio Mazariego, 32, is described as being a white male who is 5-foot-11 with brown hair and eyes. His last known address was in Pearl River, police said. Anyone with information to Mazariego's whereabouts or who see him, are asked to call the Clarkstown Police Warrant Unit at 845-639-5880.

Cause Of Fatal Hopewell Junction House Fire Determined A fire that took the life of 52-year-old Katherine Perez of Hopewell Junction on Saturday was caused by an accidental electrical fire starting in a wall of the home, according to East Fishkill Fire Department.
