Born and raised in North Haven, Connecticut, David was always fascinated with the concept of writing for a large publication and telling other people’s stories. 

He decided to pursue that fascination after high school by attending Assumption College (now University) in Worcester, Massachusetts, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in English/Writing & Mass Communications.

David decided to continue his passion by obtaining a master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College in 2020. Afterwards, he worked at WBZ NewsRadio in Boston as a digital and broadcast writer covering a wide array of stories.

Now, David is looking to continue his journalistic passions by giving others a platform to share their stories with a larger audience. He predominately covers Daily Voice's counties in the Greater Boston Area: Suffolk, Essex, Middlesex and Norfolk.

Head-On New Year's Eve Car Crash In Springfield Claims Man's Life: Police One man has died following a head-on car crash in Springfield on New Year's Eve, authorities said. Police responded for a two-car crash in the 700 block of Armory Street around 7 p.m. on Saturday, Dec, 31, Springfield Police spokesperson Ryan Walsh said on Twitter. The man, who was going north, was taken to Baystate Medical Center where he later died, Walsh said.  Meanwhile a woman, who was a passenger in the car going south, was also taken to Baystate with serious injuries. The investigation is ongoing.
