17 Years & Counting: Fairfield Couple Brightens Yard With 350,000 Lights FAIRFIELD, Conn. — There are triple the number of lights — 350,000 to be exact — at Gene and Mary Halliwell's house in Fairfield. The couple has been decorating their home for 17 years. They began putting together their annual "Wonderland at Roseville" in April with the help of their daughter Maryanne and her husband Brian Desiena — and say they love every minute of it. Christmas Movie, Filmed In Bridgeport, Airs On Hallmark Channel BRIDGEPORT, Conn. -- Remember when it was snowing in October in Bridgeport? It was all part of fake snow for the filming of "Broadcasting Christmas," a Hallmark movie starring Westport resident Melissa Joan Hart and Dean Cain.
