Cheers! Tuckahoe's Growlers Wins DVlicious 'Best Craft Bar' In Westchester TUCKAHOE, N.Y. -- Westchester is full of watering holes that would please even the nerdiest of beer experts. But only one -- Growlers Beer Bistro -- won the overwhelming majority, making it the "DVlicious Best Craft Beer Bar" in the county. The Tuckahoe bar, which captured 51 percent of the vote, boasts 16 draft lines, one cask line, and 60-plus bottles and cans.
