Noshi's Coney Island In Poughkeepsie Wins 'DVlicious Hot Dog Contest' POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- It was a tight race for the "DVlicious Best Hot Dogs in Dutchess County," but in the end Noshi's Coney Island grabbed the lead, winning with 51 percent of the vote. The Poughkeepsie eatery was followed closely by City Dogs of Wappingers Falls with 49 percent. Thanks to all who voted -- and kept the rest of us guessing.
