In Maryland, Sabillasville which appears to have gotten the most amount of snow: 8.5 inches on Tuesday, Feb. 13, the NWS said. In Virginia, Gavel Springs in Frederick County got about 4.5 inches. Damien Michael Brockway was on the phone with NOVEC around 11:30 a.m. Feb. 12 when he became upset and threatened to bomb the building on Balls Ford Road in Manassas, Prince William County police said.
