Norwalk Officers Use Taser To Detain Alleged Gang Member NORWALK, Conn. -- A man claiming to be a member of Norwalk's Money Avenue Boys gang was detained with the use of a Taser after he resisted arrest on Sunday, according to The Hour.  Samuel Branch, 18, was stopped by authorities while walking rom South Main Street toward Woodward Avenue. Police say Branch was taken to the ground when he went to reach in his waistband. Stamford Man Pleads Guilty To Series Of Business Robberies STAMFORD, Conn. -- A Stamford man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to using a fake gun to rob four city businesses last year, according to the Stamford Advocate.  Thomas Bartlett, 20, used the fake gun to hold up a Subway, a deli, a food delivery driver and convenience store. He pleaded guilty to four counts of armed robbery.
