Police ID Woman Killed In Bozrah Trooper-Involved Shooting, Release Body-Cam Footage Connecticut state investigators have identified the woman killed in an officer-involved shooting over the weekend and released a preliminary report on what led up to the gunfire.  Amanda Williams, 39, was shot and killed after Connecticut state police arrived at a home on Gifford Lane in Bozrah around 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 9, the Inspector General's Office said.
