Truck Overturns On Route 80: Njdot An overturned truck has snarled traffic on Route 80 in Morris County on the afternoon of Thursday, Feb. 29, 511NJ said.  The truck overturned on Route 80 westbound by Route 280 at Exit47A  in Parsippany-Tory Hills, according to the NJDOT as of 3:25 p.m. All lanes were closed and vehicles are forced to drive on the shoulder, according to the NJDOT.
