Sewage Discharge Reported In Millbrook MILLBROOK, N.Y. -- The Village of Millbrook reported a sewage discharge due to a main blockage on Sadie Lane on Sunday morning. Sewage was overflowed into a storm drain at a rate of approximately two gallons per minute. Some of the sewage may have discharged into the east branch of Wappinger Creek. Officials have pumped out and cleaned the manhole.
