Home Revaluation Underway In Passaic PASSAIC, N.J. -- The City of Passaic has begun the process of revaluing homes for tax year 2016. Representatives of a private company, Appraisal Systems Inc., will be going door-to-door to measure and inspect homes and businesses. This is required by the State of New Jersey and not the local government. Volunteers work Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays through June while the Old Station Museum and Caboose is open. Girl Scout Plants Garden In Ramsey To Provide For Center For Food Action RAMSEY, N.J. -- Elizabeth McKiever, of Suffern, N.Y. earned her Girl Scout Gold Award by planting a vegetable garden to grow food for the Center for Food Action in Ramsey. Stamford Police Investigating Gun Fire On West Side STAMFORD, Conn. -- Stamford authorities are investigating reports of gun shots on the West Side on Saturday, according to the Stamford Advocate. Police said they found five large bullet casings in the driveway of an apartment complex on Spruce Street.
