Newtown High Graduate Caitlyn Jenner Won't Face Charges In Fatal Car Crash NEWTOWN, Conn. -- California prosecutors will not pursue charges against Newtown High School graduate Caitlyn Jenner, according to Entertainment Weekly.  Jenner was at risk of being charged with manslaughter after starting an accident that ultimately killed 69-year-old Kim Howe. Lauderdale’s 2015 JCC Maccabi Games on Aug. 9. The 11-person Mid-Westchester 16u Maccabi baseball team headed to Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., to defend its 2014 title.
