Westport's Restricted Office-Retail District May See Changes WESTPORT, Conn. -- The Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Sept. 3 to discuss proposed changes to the Restricted Office-Retail District. During the meeting, the commission will review a request to allow professional healthcare offices and clinics within the Restricted Office-Retail District. The proposal would still exclude medical offices and clinics.  The meeting is open to the public and will be held at 7 p.m. at Westport Town Hall.

Cortlandt Man, 22, Charged With Violating Order Of Protection YORKTOWN, N.Y. -- Yorktown Police charged a Cortlandt man with criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection on Friday, officials said.  Vincent M. McMorrow, 22, was arrested after authorities conducted a welfare check on an unidentified female. McMorrow was allegedly in violation of an active order of protection, police said.  McMorrow was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 24, police said.
