Yonkers Man Who Hid In Restroom Found Guilty Of Attempted Rape, DA Says YONKERS, N.Y. -- A Yonkers man was found guilty on several counts including attempted rape and robbery on Wednesday, according to Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore.  Frank Polanco-Batista, 28, hid in the women's restroom at the Roosevelt Ballroom at approximately 2 a.m. on August 24, 2014.
