Putnam Sheriff Searches For Man Wanted On Larceny Charges PUTNAM VALLEY, N.Y. -- A man who failed to appear in court in 2008 on charges of grand larceny and driving while intoxicated, is on the Putnam County Sheriff's Department 10 most wanted list. The bench warrant was issued for Kevin P. Sormani, 45, on Jan. 10, 2008. 29 Suspects Charged In Latest Hudson Valley Heroin Bust ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- Federal authorities charged 29 suspects in a heroin and oxycodone trafficking ring in Rockland County, according to LoHud.com. The charges come just months after local authorities charged 23 people in Westchester.
