Kent Residents Hope To Opt Out Of Sewer District KENT, N.Y. -- Some Kent residents voiced their displeasure about being included in the town's new sewer district during a meeting on Feb. 24, according to the Putnam County Examiner.  One resident said her tax bill increased by $2,000 due to the new sewer fees.
