Putnam Sheriff Seeks Suspect Who Missed Court Date On Multiple Charges PATTERSON, N.Y. -- The Putnam County Sheriff's Department is searching for a man who failed to appear in Patterson Town Court on charges of controlled substance possession, resisting arrest, second-degree harassment and possession of marijuana, according to officials.  Joseph T.
