Yonkers Fatal Hit-And-Run May Have Been Intentional, Police Say YONKERS, N.Y. -- Yonkers authorities think Saturday's fatal hit-and-run accident on Warburton Avenue is being investigated as a homicide, according to WABC New York.  Surveillance camera footage shows the black sedan involved in the incident waiting at the corner of Babcock Place. The car began driving toward Glynis Pinto when she stepped in front of it. The car in question carried Pinto off camera and ran her over once she fell off, ABC New York reported.
