Poughkeepsie Man Enters Prison With Pot, Pills, Police Say
POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A Peekskill man was charged Friday, Nov. 11, with trying to pass drugs to an inmate at the Greene Correctional Facility, according to the New York State Police.
Raequan M. Small, 28, was apprehended with 10 grams of synthetic marijuana and 46 miscellaneous pills that he was attempting to pass to an inmate. The pills consisted of trazodone, oxcarbazepine, naproxen, hydrochlorothiazide, lisinopril and fluoxetine. None of which are controlled substances, police said.

Police Charge Bridgeport Man With Home Invasion, Shooting
BRIDGEPORT, Conn., -- A Bridgeport man was charged with home invasion and assault, along with other charges, after forcing his way into a Hancock Avenue home and firing several shots, the Connecticut Post reported.
Rohan Brown, 29, of Beechwood Avenue, is being held on $200,000 bond on charges of home invasion, attempted first-degree assault, unlawful discharge of a weapon, criminal use of a firearm, criminal possession of a firearm, risk of injury to a minor and reckless endangerment, said the Connecticut Post.
