Rescuers Free Boy's Finger In Incident At Mount Pleasant Pool MOUNT PLESANT, N.Y. -- A 6-year-old Mount Pleasant boy is lucky to still have a finger after firefighters and rescue personnel worked for more than three hours to free his digit from a jet in a drain at the Mount Plesasant Town Pool on Wednesday. The pool is closed for repairs in the aftermath of the incident.
