Patrick Daubert topping the list with a salary of $177,328, according to the Weston Forum. Overall, 19 town employees made more than $100,000 last year, according to the Weston Forum. Area Towns Among 100 Most Expensive For Car Insurance, Study Finds It might not come as a surprise to drivers, but several local towns were rated among the most expensive cities in the state to insure a car, with Yorktown checking in at No. 1 in the recent study by Value Penguin.Value Penguin looked at rates in more than 100 cities in New York and found that insurance costs can differ by nearly as much as three times between the most expensive and the cheapest cities.
