Bridge Reconstruction Under Way On Broadbridge Avenue In Stratford STRATFORD, Conn. -- The rebuilding of Broadbridge Avenue over Bruce Brook in Startford at a cost of $638,227 has begun, according to the Stratford Star. The project, which is part of the city's plan to replace aging infrastructure, includes replacing one of two sections of the bridge, one that was built in the early 1900s and the other in 1981.
