Man Tries Entering Locked Vehicles In Rye, Then Leads Police On Pursuit Authorities are warning residents to keep their cars locked after a man was caught trying to enter parked vehicles in Westchester before leading police on a chase into Connecticut.  The incident began on Friday, Jan. 26 around 2 a.m., when an alert resident in Rye in the area of Martin Road noticed an unknown man in her driveway and called the police.
