Westport's Bartaco Wins DVlicious 'Best Outdoor Dining In Fairfield County' WESTPORT, Conn. -- It was a close race, but in the end, bartaco won our DVlicious contest for "Best Waterfront Dining in Fairfield County" with 33 percent of the vote.  Sunset Grille in Norwalk was close behind with 27 percent.
