Arthur Pitt, 55, of Willingboro, became the center of an investigation after the BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit received a tip from the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children concerning Pitt’s online activities, Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw said.  The investigation revealed that Pitt had more than 1,000 child sex abuse images and videos, and utilized an online cloud storage application to store the material. Car Hit By Falling Tree On I-476 In Delco: Police A tree fell on a car on Interstate 476, sending one person to the hospital on Thursday morning, July 18, according to state police.  The driver of a Toyota Rav4 was seriously injured, troopers said. Two other cars were struck by debris but no one inside them was injured, authorities added.  I-476 between Route 3 (Marple) and Route 30 (Radnor) was down to one lane of travel as of 12:30 p.m., state police said.

Driver Flown In Burlington County Crash Dies, Police Say A 57-year-old Cinnaminson driver has died after being airlifted to an area hospital in a Moorestown crash, police said. The driver, who was not identified by name, struck a tree in a two-door sedan on Tom Brown Road just before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 16, according to police. He was airlifted to Cooper Hospital and was pronounced dead a short time later. No other vehicles were involved.  The Moorestown Police Department’s Traffic Unit is conducting the investigation.
