Crossbow Arrow Skewers Pedestrian's Back In Fairfax County A pedestrian was hospitalized after being struck by a crossbow arrow in Fairfax County over the weekend, police said. The man was on the sidewalk on the 3400 block of Carlin Springs Road in Bailey’s Crossroads around 12:05 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 15, county police said. The arrow went through the man's backpack and into his back. He was taken to the hospital due to injuries that were deemed non-life-threatening, and after receiving treatment, he was released. Reston Man Who Made Child Porn, Sexually Assaulted Juvenile May Have More Victims: Arlington PD Police in Arlington arrested a 21-year-old man for sexually assaulting a juvenile in 2020, they said. Matthew Coble, of Reston, was charged with three counts of indecent liberties with a child and production of child porn, on Friday, Oct. 13. Coble became the center of an investigation on Sept. 18, and is being held in the Arlington County Detention Facility without bond. 1 Arrested, Another At Large In Prince William County Burglary One person was arrested and another remains at large in a Prince William County burglary, police said. Jonathan Larry Ellington, 50, of Manassas, was arrested in connection with an Oct. 3 incident at a smoke shop, county police said.
