The crash happened on the northbound side at mile marker 55.3 in Springfield. The crash happened around 12:30 p.m. at Admiral Drive and Wilson Cove in Aquia Harbour. when the tractor trailer struck a power line, causing damage to the poles. Blerand Hoxha struck the victim in the head multiple times with the water bottle during a game at Hellwig Park on Saturday, Aug. 26 in Manassas, Prince William County police said. Yeudy Saul Chavez Sandoval, of Kingstowne, lured the victim into an apartment on the 6000 block of Alexandria Avenue in Fort Hunt around 5 a.m. Monday, Aug. 28, then pushed her down the stairs, county police said.
