Kalil ElMedkhar might be grieving the loss of his mom to cancer, but he's got a whole team of support. The 23-year-old Loudoun United FC midfielder, who was raised in the Philadelphia suburbs, lost his mom, 65-year-old Helena Schroyer, after a cancer battle on June 27, as reported by Delaware Online. Trio Killed In Parkway Crash Mourned By Loved Ones
Condolences were pouring in Tuesday, Aug. 8 for the three victims killed in last weekend's crash on the Garden State Parkway. Sabrina Kontos, 24, of Ocean Grove, Dion Bullock, 27, of Asbury Park, and Omar Williams, 28, of Eatontown, all died in the 9:50 p.m. accident in Port Republic (Atlantic County) Sunday, Aug. 6, New Jersey State Police said. Bryan Randall, the longtime boyfriend of Arlington native Sandra Bullock, has died after a private battle with ALS, PEOPLE reports. A 24-year-old man has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of a Maryland man in Northern Virginia over the weekend. Heriberto Valdez, of Woodbridge, fatally stabbed Jesser Edwardo Marroquin Cordon, 33, during an argument on Saturday, Aug. 5 in Woodbridge, Prince William County police said.
