The ticket from the Wednesday, Aug. 9 drawing was sold at the 7-Eleven at 42870 Truro Parish Drive in Ashburn. The million-dollar question now is: Who has that ticket? Driver Dies In Route 250 Bypass Crash In Alberbarle County: Police A driver died in an Albermarle County crash on the Route 250 Bypass Thursday, Aug. 10, police said. The crash happened around 8:15 a.m., on the westbound side of the Route 250 Bypass near the exit ramp for Route 601, police said. The driver was declared dead at the scene. Their identity was being withheld pending notification of the next of kin. The crash remains under investigation by the Albemarle County Police Department’s Fatal Crash Reconstruction Team. Day 3 Without Water For Some Alexandria Residents Some Alexandria residents are on their third day without water following a main break. The Alexandria water main break happened on Tuesday, Aug. 8, on the 5300 block of Duke Street. As of Thursday, Aug. 10, residents at the London Park Towers remained without water. Baby Boy, 1, Drowns In Central Jersey Pool A 1-year-old boy drowned in a Central Jersey pool Wednesday, Aug. 9, authorities said. The baby was found in a pool in Spotswood and wasn't breathing around 11:20 a.m., Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Spotswood Chief Phillip Corbisiero said. Responders performed CPR before the baby was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
