$30M DC Mansion On Track To Become City's Most Expensive Property Ever Sold A Washington DC mansion that's hosted some of the country's most important leaders is on the market for $29.95 million. If the 23,000-square-foot Blaine Mansion on Massachusetts Avenue sells for its asking price, it would go down as the most expensive real estate transaction transaction in the city, according to listing agent Daniel Heider, of TTR Sotheby's International Realty. Disappearance Of MD Teacher Mariame Toure Sylla Sparks Massive Search Police in Prince George's County are looking for public school teacher Mariame Toure Sylla, who disappeared over the weekend. A third grade teacher at Dora Kennedy French Immersion School, Sylla was last seen Saturday evening, July 29, on the 6500 block of Lake Park Drive, in Greenbelt. I-95 Ramp Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Overturns An overturned tractor-trailer briefly closed the ramp from Route 3 to I-95 Wednesday morning, Aug. 2 in Fredericksburg. The incident happened around 9:40 a.m., bringing the northbound side of the highway down to one lane. Driver Charged In Crash That Killed Teen Girl, Hospitalized More In Fairfax County A 42-year-old man has been charged in a crash that left a 17-year-old girl dead and three other teens critical last month in Fairfax County. Jose Angel Zelaya, of Burke, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the crash that killed Rebekah "Bekah" Zarco on Burke Center Parkway on Tuesday, July 18, officials said. Woodbridge Teen Pepper Sprayed Pair During Fight: Police A teenage girl was arrested for pepper spraying two women during an altercation in May, police in Prince William County said. The 17-year-old girl was part of a group of juveniles that had agreed to meet another group of juveniles to fight on May 8, near Lost Canyon Court and Delaware Drive in Woodbridge, county police said. Pedestrian Killed In Loudoun County Crash ID'd As 44-Year-Old Government Contractor Services have been set for the 44-year-old man struck and killed by a pickup truck in Loudoun County last week. Shawn M. Potter, of Chantilly, was crossing John Mosby Highway near Pleasant Valley Road in Chantilly early Thursday, July 27, when he was struck by a pickup truck, the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office said.
