Okezie Boniface Erondu, 36, of Alexandria, approached the woman near a bus stop near on the 7900 block of Audubon Avenue Richmond Highway and Ladson Lane around 1:50 p.m. Tuesday, June 13, Fairfax County police said. The woman was able to fight the man off, and authorities used surveillance footage to help identify him as Erondu. Erondu was arrested without incident around 8:30 that night nearby.
