Tommy DeVito Hires Marketing Agency After Agent's Booking Snafu Giants quarterback Tommy DeVito, a Don Bosco graduate, has hired a marketing agency to take over his personal appearances after an autograph signing at a Morristown pizzeria was canceled when his agent tried to double DeVito's fee. Maxx MGMT will now be handling DeVito's appearances, a rep for the agency confirmed. DeVito's agent, Sean Stellato, who had been making headlines for his "Goodfellas" cosplay, will still be negotiating his football contract, according to the New York Post. Teenager Dies After Arriving At Jersey City Hospital With Gunshot Wound: Prosecutors An 18-year-old teenage boy was pronounced dead on Monday, Dec. 18 after he was dropped off at a Jersey City hospital suffering from a gunshot wound, authorities said. At 2:20 p.m., the boy arrived at Jersey City Medical Center in a private vehicle with a gunshot wound to the upper body, the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office said. He was pronounced dead shortly before 4 p.m., prosecutors said. The case is being investigated by the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit and the Jersey City Police Department.

Flooding Closes Paterson Schools For Second Day Paterson Public Schools announced all schools will be closed again on Wednesday, Dec. 20, as the city continues to deal with the devastation of weekend flooding. The district had closed schools on Tuesday, Dec. 19, following an early dismissal on Monday, Dec. 18, as numerous streets in the city were closed due to several inches of accumulated water. Newark Man, 39, Fatally Shot: Authorities A 39-year-old Newark man was fatally shot on the early morning of Tuesday, Dec. 19, authorities said. At 3:58 a.m., Newark police responded to a shooting on the 300 block of Broadway and found Antoine Alston suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Man Fatally Struck By Vehicle Crossing Highway: Linden Police (Update) A 60-year-old Linden man was fatally struck by a vehicle on Monday, Dec. 18, police said. A 78-year-old man and an 83-year-old woman from Old Bridge were heading south on Route 1 when they fatally struck the man as he crossed the highway at 6:49 p.m., police said. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, police said. Police declined to identify who was driving the vehicle, citing the ongoing investigation.
