Woman Rescued From Roof In North Plainfield Fire (Video) A woman escaped a fire after being rescued from the roof of her home in North Plainfield early Friday morning, July 11, authorities said. At 1:25 a.m., first responders were dispatched to 489 Richard Way and found the residence engulfed in flames with several residents standing on the front lawn, North Plainfield police said. One woman was still inside the residence, police said. Officials began rescue attempts, however the woman was extremely frightened to leave the roof area, police said. Driver Airlifted After Vehicle Overturns On Route 80: Njsp A person had to be airlifted to a hospital after their vehicle overturned on Route 80 in Morris County Wednesday, July 9, authorities said. At 1:24 p.m., troopers responded to the crash on Route 80 West in Mount Olive, Charles Marchan, a spokesman for the New Jersey State Police said.  A Kia SUV was traveling west when it lost directional control, ran off the road, struck a sign, and overturned, Marchan said. The driver was airlifted with non-life-threatening injuries, Marchan said. The crash remains under investigation, Marchan said.

Denise Reilly was last seen at 8 a.m. at her residence at 220 St. Mary’s Dr., Cherry Hill police said. Reilly is 5’5” and weighs 270 lbs. She has brown hair and blue eyes, police said. She was last seen was last seen wearing a red or orange shirt, cream colored capri pants, and was carrying a large bag, police said. Reilly needs medication and has difficulty hearing, police said. Officers responded to the Walmart at 1885 Route 57, but determined the rifle was an airsoft gun being transported in a vehicle, Mansfield Township police said.
