Jon graduated from Cornell University and received his master's degree in journalism from Northwestern University. Across a 35-year career, he's worked as a reporter for daily newspapers in Chicago, New York, Ohio & Washington, D.C and as managing editor for weekly newspapers in Rye, White Plains and Harrison.

2 Dead Newborn Babies Found At New Brunswick Recycling Center Two dead newborns were discovered at a recycling center in New Brunswick, according to a joint statement from the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office and New Brunswick Police. Pedestrian Struck By Car In Pine Beach Police and emergency crews were responding to Pine Beach late Wednesday afternoon on a report that a pedestrian was struck by a car. The incident occurred about 4:30 p.m. near Pennsylvania Avenue and Motor Road, according to unconfirmed reports.
