Greenwich Police Charge Man With Forgery In Cos Cob COS COB, Conn. – Greenwich Police arrested a man who is wanted on charges of using a stolen and forged check to get his car out of impound, according to Greenwich Time.  Akeem Ali, 22, was pulled over on Interstate 95 on Sunday.
